Antiques Appraisal Show
The Royal Oak Farmer’s Market will transform into a local “Antiques Appraisal Show,” Sun. July 13, 2008 from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
And just like the TV show, the cameras will be rolling here too. As you wait in line or chat with fellow guests about their unique or historical items you may be given the opportunity to share your antique story on camera.
An appraiser will be present to offer insight on your treasure or family heirloom. If the appraiser thinks your treasure would make an interesting TV segment you’ll be escorted to the filming area where you’ll have the chance to share your treasure on camera.
Bring the little trinket you picked up at a garage sale, or that painting of your grandmothers that’s been sitting in the attic, or that special sentimental knickknack. Come join in the excitement at the First Antiques Appraisal Show being held at the Farmers Market in Downtown Royal Oak on Sun. July 13th from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
The cost is $10 per antique appraised. There is no limit to how many antiques you can bring.
